Product Description

Suay Design endeavors to be as accurate as possible when describing our products. If a product offered by ourselves is not as described your sole remedy is to return it to us in an unused condition for reimbursement.
Each item is meticulously checked for marks, scratches or defects before shipping please note that we do not sell used items.

Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order once we have checked your card details and availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply an item we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.

Ring Sizing

At Suay Design we understand the difficulties in sizing a ring correctly. Therefore we will happily exchange any unused ring for a different size. To assist you in sizing we recommend a professional ring sizing at a reputable jeweller.

Delivery Information

Please note that whilst we do our best to ensure the quick dispatch of your order some handmade items and special sizes can take up to 4 weeks.

UK (except Northern Ireland): 3-5 working days £4.50: All purchases will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and a signature will be required, unless delivery method is chosen differently by the customer. Orders received before 12pm on items in stock will be dispatched that day. Expect delivery within 3-5 working days, this will be charged at £4.50.
EU: 3-10 working days £6.50: All purchases will be sent via Royal Mail AirSure, and a signature will be required. Orders received before 12pm on items in stock will be dispatched the next day. Expect delivery within 3-10 working days, this will be charged at £6.50
Worldwide and Northern Ireland: 5-10 working days £6.50 up to 500 grams: International signed for prices up to 500 grams £6.50.

Cancellations

If you should wish to cancel an order, you must do so via e-mail the same day to avoid charges. All cancellations after the day of purchase may be subject to a credit card processing fee.

Cancellations received after we have sent out the order will be subject to a credit card processing fee and the cost of the return postage.

You must also pay for the return of the order in its original condition via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot accept returns without a return order number, this is the invoice number. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged jewellery, so please ensure appropriate postal cover.

Late/Lost Deliveries

In the unlikely event that your delivery is late or not delivered, please contact us for your delivery number so you can trace it with your local Post Office (due to postal regulations we regret that we are not allowed to do this for you). If the delivery is lost we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days, after which the Post Office classify the delivery as lost.
Suay Design cannot be held responsible for the late arrival or loss of delivery.

Returns Policy

At Suay Design if you are not totally satisfied we will refund or exchange items up to 10 days after the products delivery date. Except custom ordered or custom made items.

We ask that the items be returned in their original condition with packaging. Complete with name, address and invoice number. Return postage cannot be refunded.

We regret that due to hygiene reasons there can be no refunds or exchanges on earrings.
Custom made or custom ordered jewellery is non-refundable, or exchangeable, so please ensure that the size is correct before ordering.
Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returned jewellery, so please ensure appropriate (Insured) postal cover.

At Suay Design we reserve the right to refuse a product if not returned within its original new and unused condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
